1. What this service is

Lottery Colors is an entertainment tool that generates lottery number selections and displays publicly available draw schedules and results. We are not a lottery operator, we do not sell tickets, we do not accept wagers, and we do not pay out prizes. Playing a lottery happens with a licensed operator or retailer, not here.

2. No promise of winning

Lottery draws are random. Nothing this service produces improves your chance of winning any lottery. Number selections are generated for entertainment, and no outcome is predicted, guaranteed or implied. Do not spend money you cannot afford to lose. See responsible play.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, or the legal age for lottery play where you live, whichever is higher. You are responsible for ensuring that using this service and playing a lottery are lawful in your jurisdiction.

4. Accounts

You may browse and search the lottery catalogue without an account. An account is required to use the generators and to save plays. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity carried out under your account. Provide accurate registration details and keep them current.

We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud, abuse, automated scraping, or any attempt to interfere with the service or other users.

5. Payments, tokens and subscriptions

Paid tiers and token packs are described on the pricing page. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details. Subscriptions renew until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time — access continues to the end of the period already paid for.

Tokens and passes are a licence to use features of this site. They hold no cash value, are not a wager, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not transferable.

6. Accuracy of lottery information

Draw schedules and winning numbers are gathered from public sources and may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. Where we do not hold verified information for a game, we show nothing rather than an estimate. Always confirm results with the official lottery operator before acting on them. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of information shown here.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, mirror or resell the catalogue or generated output.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits or payment.
• Do not upload unlawful content or impersonate anyone.
• Do not use the service to present outcomes as predictions to others.

8. Intellectual property

The site, its design, the colour system and its software are owned by Lottery Colors. Lottery names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective operators and are used for identification only; their appearance here does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

9. Availability and changes

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above, and continued use after a change means you accept it.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lottery Colors is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for any loss arising from lottery play, missed draws, or reliance on schedule or results information shown here. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
